The Fireman is gorgeous, talented, great minded. He is the most prized mule in the barn! He has tons of ability, well trained, uniquely colored with a great pedigree! He has a sweet, gentle, WILLING personality, and is built to carry any size rider all day long.
In the trail he is CONFIDENT riding out by himself, fits in with a group, always happy to lead or follow. He’s been been ridden everywhere from forests in the Midwest , Arizona deserts, across meadows and up the biggest Montana mountains you can find. He knows how to go up and down steep areas, crosses logs, bridges, creeks, and is confident facing new obstacles. He’s great with 4wheelers, machinery, dogs, deer, grouse and all kinds of wildlife. We’ve ridden him down dirt roads with traffic, side x sides, bikes and dogs . He opens and closes gates with ease, and loads & hauls well.
Fireman stands perfectly for saddling, bridling and mounting, happily moving to a mounting block if needed. We’ve had very novice riders take him out in the trail and he always brings them back safe and happy. There’s no funny business with this AMAZING mule. The Fireman is extremely WELL TRAINED for all kinds of arena and ranch work. He stops, side passes, and backs effortlessly. He’s very controllable, moves off leg pressure with an excellent neck rein. He has a smooth trot, a naturally collected canter, and steps right up into a big Texas trot when asked. He is smooth riding at all gaits, with a real PRESENCE elegantly moving around the arena, with a loose flowing rein. On the ranch he stands like a statue ground tied if you need to stop and fix a fence, we’ve swung ropes off him and loves moving cattle.
Fireman does lots of fun TRICKS including laying down, sitting up and even smiling. He’s unfazed by bouncy balls, tarps, bull whips, balloons, umbrellas, guns, and everything else we’ve shown him! He’s really smooth and lots of fun to play around on, we’ve even ridden him bareback and bridless.! Whatever type riding you do it will be comfortable all day long and you’ll be looking forward to your next fun adventure .
The Fireman is a willing, confident partner to have a beautiful Saturday trail ride, work around the ranch, and 100% TALENTED and PRETTY enough to compete at the mule show!
He’s a mule the entire family can enjoy for a lifetime of Happy Trails!

- Bodee - 8 Yr. Old, 14'1H - John Mule
- 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐱𝐞 -
Bodee is excellent in the Trail, loves working cattle and is pretty, stout and handy enough to take you wherever you want to go. He’s been ridden in the Arizona desert, Montana Mountains and forests of the Midwest. He will catch you in the field and follow you around. When you get in the barn he’s good to groom, wash and handle his feet. He stands patiently to saddle, bridle, and easily moves to a mounting block, or a stump in a field to make it easier for you to get on. Once you’re mounted he stands until you cue him to walk off.
In the trail Bodee is Confident and Experienced. He goes up, down, over and through whatever you point him at. He handles rough steep areas like a mountain goat. He doesn’t rush and willingly crosses logs, bridges, rocks and always enjoys a trip through the creek. We’ve ridden him with dogs and encountered lots of birds, ducks deer and more, and he’s been Surefooted and Solid. He rides great in a group and is content riding out by himself. He hops right in the trailer and hauls wonderfully.
Bodee is Well Trained and Controllable. He is responsive to both leg and hand cues. He guides with the lightest neckrein , stops and backs just using your seat and legs. He has a nice comfortable walk and trot and willingly steps right up into a collected smooth canter. He side passes, and backs flawlessly. He’s experienced with bouncy balls, tarps, machinery, traffic, guns and much more. We’ve ridden him around the neighborhood with 4 wheelers, joggers, wagons, etc and he handles it all like a pro. He lays down, carries a flag, walks over tarps and you can bounce a ball off him! On the ranch he’s moved cattle, roped the dummy , opened and closed lots of gates and been in all types of terrain. He definitely knows how to do a days work. Bodee is a Fun mule to take you on a mountain trail adventure, do a job on the ranch and just have a good time playing around in the arena and doing fun tricks.
